Turk's Lodgings is a secluded, romantic hideaway with unique features, dramatic ocean views, and charm that escapes most ordinary beach rentals. Located on Oregon’s rugged and gorgeous North Coast, Turk’s offers three distinct lodging options, each completely private. The Studio is a warm and cozy unit for one or two people, featuring windows that capture morning and afternoon sun, and a tree-framed view of the ocean. The bedroom area offers a queen size bed, shower (no tub), and a TV/VHS/DVD player with movie selections. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, small refrigerator, and microwave, with dinette seating for two.
The Cottage is a 900 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath (with a single Jacuzzi) unit. All is filled with light and warmth from the large windows and skylights, giving tree framed ocean and mountain views. Enjoy sights and sounds of the sea from two sunny decks. The Cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king size bed, and a single Jacuzzi tub in the bath. The living room features cozy furniture, a woodstove, and a TV/DVD/VHS with movie selections. A hide-a-bed sofa in the living room accommodates two additional guests. A maximum of 4 guests can share the comforts of the Cottage.
The House in the Trees is the largest accommodation, and what was originally the custom-built home of Turk. A two-bedroom, multi-level house with spectacular ocean views from every room - even the double Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. The massive river rock fireplace can be viewed from the king size bed and also from the living room. Above the living room is a large loft with king size bed and sofa hide-a-bed. The entertainment center offers a stereo, TV, DVD/VHS along with movie selections and there is wireless internet. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a commercial gas stove with a large grill. Large multi-level decks wrap the house offering ocean, mountain, tree and nature views. The House comfortably fits up to six adults.
Turk’s Lodging is in the charming, artistic town of Cannon Beach. All along the main area of the town are dozens of art galleries, with several art shows throughout the year. The galleries are mixed in with boutiques, restaurants and a few pubs, all overshadowed by the imposing Haystack Rock which looms just off the coast of Cannon Beach. The area hosts many relaxing activities including beach combing, hiking trails, fishing, golf and tennis, surfing, fine dining, EVOO Cooking School, wine tasting, day spas, live theatre, shops and galleries, and free summer concerts in the park. And for a secluded, relaxing hideaway to get away from it all, Turk’s Lodgings can’t be beat.
