Foodies take note! There's a new store in town...

We absolutely love the Pantry on Tap, located in Portage, Michigan (just south of Kalamazoo). But don't worry - if you don't live here, you can order online. 

Here's what you'll find:

Spices
Delicious food items
And most importantly, flavored oils and vinegars

Before you decide on what to buy, you'll want to step up to the tasting table. Here, you can dip bread into any of the flavored oils and vinegars available. Some combinations are so good, you'll need two pieces of bread (Lemon Olive Oil and Fig Vinegar) to get the taste sensation. I loved the Chocolate Espresso Vinegar and the Raspberry Vinegar, and Peppered Bacon Olive Oil and the Lavender Olive Oil. 

Once you decide, the friendly staff helps to decant your choices into beautiful glass bottles. You can bring empties back for a discount on your next purchase. Polly, the owner, is SO nice. The staff is interesting and very helpful. You go in as a stranger, and you come out as a friend.

We highly recommend stocking your kitchen with these oils and vinegars - it's fun for all and definitely delicious.
