Clare Miller is a sophomore student from Philadelphia studying at the University of Pittsburgh, pursuing a double major in Linguistics and Hispanic Language and Literatures with a concentration in Latin American Studies, and a Certificate in African Studies. She loves to read and write, listen to podcasts, play volleyball, run, cook, and play cards with her friends. Clare’s dream job is to work as a Catholic missionary in another country, or maybe in a neighborhood or school in her own city!

Addie Gray is a second-year student studying Social Anthropology at the University of St Andrews in St Andrews, Scotland. She runs a travel blog at www.addieabroad.com, where she documents her experiences going to university abroad, shares her travel adventures, and gives advice to others who are hoping to study abroad.

Jenny Zheng, 25, is the Founder of Little Fluffy Head Cafe, one of the first cheese tea boba shops in Los Angeles of its kind (read our interview - and a recipe - with her here). She graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a Master’s degree in Bioengineering in 2016.

Brittany K. Stone is a senior psychology student at the University of Pittsburgh minoring in Social Work and is an aspiring psychologist. 

American milliner Gina Mazzotta creates original, hand-made custom hats for women, men, and children. The brand was founded in 2012, when, after recognizing a lack of stylish, contemporary hat options, Gina was inspired to create her own. She studied with milliner Amy Hamilton and fell in love with the millinery process. Drawing from her background in visual merchandising and window design, she integrates runway fashion with chic, custom every day accessories in her explorative and innovative take on traditional hat forms.

Hello. I'm Marcelle. My first international trip was in my early twenties when I went to the USA to study abroad. Now, I've been to 15 countries (and counting) and love exploring new places. Study abroad is something that I believe everyone should do. And I'll tell you why. 

Maria Castello is a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she studied English writing and literature. During her time in college, she spent a semester studying in London, where she interned with a small publishing company. She loved her study abroad experience so much she is now planning to attend graduate school and pursue a career in international education. She loves classic novels, tortoiseshell cats, and green tea, and is currently learning to speak Italian.  

Eliza Wick is a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a major in the History of Art and Architecture and a minor in Museum Studies. She originally attended the University of Kentucky, but changed majors in the middle of her time there and other factors led her to transfer to Pitt. Eliza recently completed the London Field Studies Program with the Office of Undergraduate Research and Study Abroad and she is currently an Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Fellow at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History.
