A current art exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston brought back a flood of childhood memories. They were triggered by Dancers in the Classroom, a beautiful painting by Edgar Degas, the French Impressionist.
Art brings beauty to our lives, and the fine art photography of Kelly Merchant is an excellent example of the importance of beauty. Her photographs of people allow the viewer a glimpse into, what we can imagine as, the true personality of each individual.
