Throughout the past four years of high school, I have been crafting ideas about what I would like to do with the rest of my life, and particularly how I can prepare during the next four years of college. I am committed to writing and sharing about my travel, cultural, and educational experiences.
Charcuterie, meaning “pork butchery” in French, has traditionally been sandwiched into many American menus. But while most chefs know how to craft French and Italian style charcuterie, they don’t know much about Spain’s ancient culinary art form.
At our most recent Unschoolers Waterpark Gathering (UWG), we had a Kindness Tree. It was a joy to see this tree leaf out and fill with love throughout the week.

I lived in Williamsburg, in Brooklyn, for 9 years of my life, and the hardest part about moving out of the neighborhood was missing the food. Each of these restaurants hold a special place in my heart, as I grew up in each one in some capacity.

And if you’ve got mobility problems or other disabilities, you can definitely enjoy yourself at Cedar Point. For, you see, the good folks there have an eye for disability access.
A new parade has taken up residence in the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. Known as Festival of Fantasy, it features figures from princess movies, tales of adventure, and the Storybook Circus in New Fantasyland. Come see Rapunzel, Peter Pan, Dumbo, and a host of other fantastical characters!
